This article will help you use and understand better your dashboard and the data displayed on it.
The dashboard allows you to have an overview of your store(s) sales, including the sales history of your closed tills and their main key data. With this information you will be able to compare the performance between your stores and between periods.
To access it, log into your back office and the dashboard will be displayed in your main screen
The dashboard will display the main key data to understand the performance of your store(s) such as:
a) Total of sales : total of sales of the current period, compared to the previous period.
b) Number of customers : total of customers of the current period, compared to the previous period.
c) Average sales per customer : total sales divided by the total of customers of the current period, compared to the previous period.
d) Average duration, this badge show you what is the average duration of all the orders displayed on the dashboard
Depending on the information you want to analyse you will be able to view your information by:
a) Start and end date of the current period, start and end hour of the days of the current period and comparison reference (previous period or same period during the previous year)
b) Store (In case you have multiple stores)
Click on the aggregated data button in order to see data of all your stores combined
Choose if you want to view your sales with or without Tax included
Export the report with your selected data to your computer as a CSV file by clicking on "export". Once the export is done a pop up will appear to let you know the export has been completed, this export can be opened with Excel, Numbers or Google sheets.
In the dashboard you will also see a preview of the:
a) Real time updates of your currently opened till(s)
Click on View Report to go to the Current Tills Report.
b) Top sold products sales within the selected period
Click on View Report to go to the Product Sales Report.
c) Sales distributed by Product Types, for the clients who activated the product type feature
Click on View Report to go to the Product Sales Report.
d) Store(s) and detailed information for each
