In this article we will show you how to align the date to the opening and closing time of your establishment.

Indeed, your Dashboard allows you to define the opening and closing time of a day. This can be useful to you if you want to see within a single day data from a till that spans two dates.

For example, if you open your establishment at 12am and close at 1am the next day, the data from this till will be spread between the day you opened the till and the day you closed the till.

If you want your till data to be counted as linked to the day you opened the till, you will have to align the opening and closing time of your till to the opening and closing time of your establishment.

In order to do that, follow the steps below :

  • Go to any report and open the period picker.

  • Click on the “Hour” menu at the bottom left of the date picker.

  • Click on “Custom” and chose the opening and closing hours of the day. In our case, select 16:00 - 03:00 J + 1.

  • Close the date picker and your report will show data for your till opening at 17:00 and closing at 02:00 on the next day within one single day : the day of the opening of your till. This settings is valid for any of our reports.

  • If you want to set back the default opening and closing hour (midnight to midnight) click on “All” article from Hours menu.
