To create, modify, desactivate, delete any of your product in your list, you have to go to your Back Office.
Select "Products" tab and again "Products".
Here you have all your categories and corresponding products.
- To create a new product simply click on a green button "NEW PRODUCT".
Then you will see a new blank product sheet and you will have to fill the blanks you want to. At least you will have to put the name of the product, select a colour and give a price (which includes VAT).
You are also able to add a custom ID called SKU. The SKU is mainly used by users that have to managed their product catalog towards external application like stock management application or e-commerce application.
SKU is optional for a product and can be whatever the user want it to be but there is is two restrictions when adding / editing a SKU that has to be taken into consideration :
- The SKU must be unique within a store catalog. If an already existing SKU is added / edited on a product, it won't be saved.
- The SKU must be less than 65 characters. If a SKU bigger than 64 characters is added / edited on a prodict, it won't be saved.
- To edit a product, click on the product name and his product sheet with the product details will open. You may change any detail and save it by pressing "EDIT".
- To delete a product you will see a red and white cross at the right of the product line. You will have to click it and confirm it.
- To deactivate a product you will see, to the left of the red and white cross, a check signal that has to be pressed to deactivate a product. You will see that if you press on it the line will turn red. That will mean that the product is deactivated from the menu and will not appear on the app.
If you want to activate it again, press again on it and you will see the product line white again.
