In this article we will show you how to access all your closed tills and how to locate the Z Ticket of a specific till from the Tills Reports.
First, log into your back office and select the Reports section then click on Tills.
Here you will find the list of your closed till opened during the current period
You can filter your tills by:
a) Start and end date of the period, based on the opening date of the till
b) Start and end hour of the days of the period, based on the opening time of the till
c) Stores, if you have multiple stores
Select Including Tax / Excluding Tax if you want to see your sales with or without the taxes
Click on a till will display its Z Ticket :
Click on download at the bottom of the Z Ticket to download a PDF version :
The Z Ticket from the Back Office contains exactly the same information as the Z Ticket you've printed when you close a till, such as :
- Opening/closing time of the till
- Number of orders and clients
- Total sales with and without tax
- Discounts applied during the day
- Total cancellations
- Payment method transfer
